The stratigraphic distribution of Praseodymium (Pr)shows a poor trend because of a deficiency of samples.  Apparently there is a stratigraphic Pr trend, with higher values in Pocahontas and New River Formation coals, low values in Kanawha Formation coals, and higher Pr in Monongahela Group (Pittsburgh and Redstone) coals.
